About Me

I employ Gestalt Psychotherapy, Mindfulness (MBSR), Yoga Nidra and art therapy tools to bring awareness and activate the process of healing and the path to a fuller life. Trauma Sensitive practices are an essential ingredient to my work, especially due to my interest in the connection between trauma and chronic pain. This happens by using both “wings”: being with and working with. As a native English speaker, who has relocated to Denmark 8 years ago, I am also passionate about cultivating resilience and empowering people through transitions in their personal or professional life.

Art Heals

Authentic contact is the most effective way to heal. This entails true presence, a clear heart, and the understanding that though we may be different we are equal. Art, a non-verbal contact, may sometimes be the most authentic way to achieve this.
